Larry Guillory
Larry J. Guillory, a distinguished multi-industry executive leader, having recently served as Chief Administrative Officer for KIPP Texas Public Schools. With over two decades of experience in scaling businesses through talent, technology, systems, and operations Larry’s expertise spans healthcare, global technology, hospitality, and education. His extensive background in Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Information Technology enables him to deliver innovative business strategies and integrated system-level approaches.
Larry’s career began at AT&T, where he was a part of the prestigious Leadership Development Program (LDP). After successfully completing the program, he assumed various leadership roles in IT, Human Resources, and Operations. At AT&T, Larry played a crucial role in integrating enterprise business activities into shared services platforms following strategic M&A activity. He was also instrumental in developing global talent and technology systems.
Larry is a founding Board member of Eight Million Stories, an organization committed to empowering at-promise youth (ages 9-24) through education, employment, and personal development. He is also an Executive Scholar in Kellog’s Center for Non-Profit Leadership. Additionally, Larry has recently joined the Board of CoNexus Career Institute, which provides vocational career training in partnership with non-profit organizations. He has also served on the Board of Alamo Academies, creating career pathways for high school students through business and community college partnerships.
Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where he was an accomplished National Merit Scholar, President of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and held multiple leadership roles for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Outside of his professional endeavors, Larry enjoys spending time at his home in Boerne, TX with his wife, Natasha, and their three children, Lawson, Layton, and Lauriana.
