Erin Offord, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, grew up deeply connected to her culture and community. From an early age, she recognized the disparities around her and developed a strong sense of servant leadership, inspired by her parents’ commitment to service—her father as a Vietnam veteran and her mother with United Way of New Orleans. After earning her degree and spending six years with AmeriCorps, Erin joined Big Thought in 2001. Over her 20+ years with Big Thought, she has been a key figure in its evolution, serving as a trusted leader and passionate advocate for community and family engagement. Erin’s influence extends beyond Big Thought, serving on multiple boards in the arts and education sectors. Her community engagement work has been recognized nationally, and in 2020, she was honored as one of Dallas Business Journal’s Top Minority Business Leaders. A lifelong Saints fan, Erin’s leadership style reflects the teamwork and respect found in sports. She is a proud mother of two sons, both following the paths of service and leadership. Erin and her husband, a public servant, are now adjusting to life as empty nesters. If she could offer advice to her younger self, it would be to, “Give yourself grace, you are very sharp and strategic—keep navigating.”

​​As Chief Delivery Officer, Greg MacPherson oversees a talented team focused on building organizational and community capacity through a suite of services that include professional learning, program and curriculum design, research and evaluation, and consulting. Greg joined Big Thought in 2010 and has helped lead the organization’s participation in both the National Summer Learning Initiative and the Partnerships for Social and Emotional Learning Initiative in conjunction with The Wallace Foundation. Greg is an alumnus of Leadership Dallas, the National Guild for Community Arts Education Leadership Institute and is a graduate of Baylor University.

Larry J. Guillory, a distinguished multi-industry executive leader, having recently served as Chief Administrative Officer for KIPP Texas Public Schools. With over two decades of experience in scaling businesses through talent, technology, systems, and operations Larry’s expertise spans healthcare, global technology, hospitality, and education. His extensive background in Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Information Technology enables him to deliver innovative business strategies and integrated system-level approaches. Larry’s career began at AT&T, where he was a part of the prestigious Leadership Development Program (LDP). After successfully completing the program, he assumed various leadership roles in IT, Human Resources, and Operations. At AT&T, Larry played a crucial role in integrating enterprise business activities into shared services platforms following strategic M&A activity. He was also instrumental in developing global talent and technology systems. Larry is a founding Board member of Eight Million Stories, an organization committed to empowering at-promise youth (ages 9-24) through education, employment, and personal development. He is also an Executive Scholar in Kellog’s Center for Non-Profit Leadership. Additionally, Larry has recently joined the Board of CoNexus Career Institute, which provides vocational career training in partnership with non-profit organizations. He has also served on the Board of Alamo Academies, creating career pathways for high school students through business and community college partnerships. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where he was an accomplished National Merit Scholar, President of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and held multiple leadership roles for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Outside of his professional endeavors, Larry enjoys spending time at his home in Boerne, TX with his wife, Natasha, and their three children, Lawson, Layton, and Lauriana.
