As a part of their AQuA standards, afterschool students at Martin Weiss Elementary voted on a variety of projects, ultimately selecting a food drive. In addition to collecting food and learning about healthy eating, learners read “Uncle Willie and the Soup Kitchen” by DyAnne DiSalvo-Ryan.
