Opportunity Youth Incubator
Big Thought’s Opportunity Youth Incubator initiative empowers Opportunity Youth—ages 16-24, disconnected from school and work—by equipping them with the skills, support, and opportunities needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

After a successful pilot in 2023-2024, where 33 cross-sector organizations participated in our Local Opportunity Youth Community of Practice, Big Thought is now scaling this model, applying insights and lessons from the inaugural cohort to other communities and national organizations. This year, we are expanding to deepen our focus, collaborating with even more organizations to enhance skills development and employment opportunities for youth across the country.
By partnering with Big Thought, you will collaborate with other organizations, share best practices, and help equip disconnected youth with the skills they need to thrive in today’s evolving workforce.
