About the Event
After a successful pilot in 2023-2024, where 33 cross-sector organizations participated in our Local Opportunity Youth Community of Practice, Big Thought is now scaling this model, applying insights and lessons from the inaugural cohort to other communities and national organizations. This year, we are expanding to deepen our focus, collaborating with even more organizations to enhance skills development and employment opportunities for youth across the country.

On Feb. 24–25, Big Thought is hosting the National Opportunity Youth Incubator (NOYI) as part of our Opportunity Exchange Summit at Dallas College (Bill J. Priest Center). We’re not hoarding our model—we’re sharing it, so more communities can build what young people deserve next.
