About the Role

The Data Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data and results based on the evaluation and reporting of BT’s programmatic functions.  

What the Role Entails
  • Establish a process for data gathering and documentation 
  • Recommend workflow and process improvements impacting data sources 
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting methods 
  • Meticulous analysis of data gathered 
  • Report trends/fluctuations, etc
  • Monitor and publish on an ongoing basis results to organizational plan 
  • Infuse inclusion and equity both internally and externally 
  • High degree of EQ (emotional intelligence
  • Develop reports/spreadsheets in an understandable manner 
  • Collaborate with programs, systems, operations, etc. to produce results 
  • Extract and analyze large datasets from various databases 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 1-3 years experience in similar role 
  • Expertise in data analysis and trend analysis 
  • Above average skills in research & evaluation 
  • Prior non-profit experience a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills written/oral
