Where We Work

At Home
Big Thought manages Thriving Minds, a program that keeps families connected to free, fun programming and services – right in their own neighborhoods. We offer monthly performances at libraries, family excursions, summer camps, and parent nights, not to mention our in-school activities and after-school program. We also encourage parents to get involved in Neighborhood Leadership Teams, where your voices will influence our neighborhood creative learning programming.

In- and Out-of-School
Educators and school administrators are valued partners at Big Thought. We have resources and information that can help reinforce your curriculum and keep your students engaged. From sample lesson plans and model curricula to innovative programming, we can help you make the most of your classroom time and after-school offerings.

Through the Community
Big Thought is all about collaboration, and our partners are a vital part of everything we do. Artists, cultural organizations, community volunteers, librarians, service providers and many others play an integral role in our work. We’ve got information, research and other resources to keep you in the loop.
